The 3D model is just for fun. Your real build starts with a 30-minute call and a fixed quote.

Write a few lines about the website, system or process that is costing you time. You do not need a brief, a budget or technical language. We reply within 24 hours, and if we are a fit, a 30-minute call is enough to give you a fixed quote.

A few lines is enough. Tell us what is slowing the business down and roughly what you have in mind.

A real answer from the people who would do the work, with questions if we need them and an honest view of fit.

A 30-minute call
We learn how the work runs today and where the time goes. No slides, and no pressure to commit.

A fixed quote
One number, a timeline and the scope in plain language. Nothing is billed until you have agreed to it.
Before you write.
Do I need a brief or a budget before I write?
No. A few lines about what is slowing the business down is enough. Rough budget ranges help, and the published price bands show what is realistic, but the first conversation is about the problem. We will help you shape the brief as part of the quote.
How soon will I hear back?
Within 24 hours on business days, from a person rather than an autoresponder. The reply either asks one or two clarifying questions or proposes a 30 minute call. If the work is not a fit, you hear that quickly instead of waiting for a polite silence.
Does the first call cost anything?
No. The 30 minute call is free and carries no obligation. Its purpose is to understand how the work runs today and whether Glasshead Tech is the right fit. If it is, a fixed written quote follows, with the scope, timeline and price agreed before work starts.
Can I meet in person?
Yes, around Edmonton and the surrounding region when it helps, and by video call anywhere else. Many projects run entirely remotely and still go well. For field-based work, an on-site visit early on is often worth it, and we will say when it is.
