How it works

Which areas does Glasshead Tech visit in person?

The Edmonton region: Edmonton itself, St. Albert on the northwest edge, Sherwood Park in Strathcona County, Leduc and the Nisku industrial area to the south, Spruce Grove and Stony Plain to the west, and Fort Saskatchewan to the northeast. There we can come to your office, shop or yard when it helps.

Most of each project still runs on calls and shared screens, because that keeps momentum between meetings. Visits are for the moments where seeing the work changes the design: a walk through the yard where crews collect tickets, a training session with the front desk, or a look at the paper forms a new system will replace.

How does remote delivery work beyond the Edmonton region?

The same five stages, Discover, Design, Build, Launch and Optimise, run over video calls, shared screens and test builds you open on your own devices. Discovery, design reviews, training and acceptance testing all work this way. When an in-person session is worth the trip, we agree it in advance and list it in the fixed quote.

Do prices change depending on where you are?

No. A website is $4,500 – $12,000 whether you are in Stony Plain or another province, operational software is $18,000 – $50,000, and website care starts from $150/month. Every figure is in Canadian dollars and listed on our pricing page. If travel outside the Edmonton region is agreed, it appears as its own line in the quote.

What stays the same wherever you are

A reply to every enquiry within 24 hours, a fixed quote before any work starts, and one partner for websites, software, automation, IT and search. You keep ownership of what we build, including code, data and accounts, with documentation for whoever takes over. Systems we build for you can be hosted in Canada when your data calls for it.

Each location page explains what is distinctive about doing business there and which services usually matter most, using only what we can state plainly about the area. None of them pretend we have an office where we do not.

Questions5 straight answers

Asked before they write.

Will Glasshead Tech come to my office?

Within the Edmonton region, yes, when a visit helps: a kickoff, a training session or a look at how work flows through your shop or yard. Elsewhere in Alberta we can arrange a visit for a specific purpose and write it into the quote. Most of every project runs remotely regardless of where you are.

Do clients outside Edmonton pay more?

No. Our published prices are the same in every location, in Canadian dollars. A business website is $4,500 – $12,000 and operational software is $18,000 – $50,000, wherever you are. If an in-person visit outside the Edmonton region is agreed, it is listed in the quote so you see it before signing.

Can you work with a business in another province?

Yes. We work with clients across Canada, almost entirely remotely, through video calls, shared screens and test builds. The process, the prices and the 24-hour reply are the same. If your customers are in several provinces, we account for that when we design how personal information is collected and stored.

Which privacy law applies if my customers live outside Alberta?

Alberta businesses generally handle personal information under PIPA. PIPEDA, the federal law, covers federally regulated businesses and personal information that crosses provincial borders in commercial activity. Which applies depends on your situation, so we design data handling with both in mind. Take this as a general outline, not legal advice.

How fast will you reply if I am not near Edmonton?

Within 24 hours, the same as for an Edmonton client. Email hello@glassheadtech.com or call +1 587 205 6221 with a few lines about the problem. Distance does not change the reply time, the price or the fixed quote that follows a short call.

Tell us where you are and what needs fixing.

Wherever your business is based, the first step is a short note. We reply within 24 hours and follow a short call with a fixed quote you can read before agreeing.
