How we quote
Every project gets a fixed quote before any work starts. We learn what you need on a 30-minute call, write down the scope in plain language, and send one number with a timeline. If we get the scope wrong, that is our problem to absorb, not yours to discover on an invoice.
What changes the price
Three things move a project within its range. The first is size: pages, roles, workflows and the amount of content or data to move. The second is connections: payments, customer accounts, and integrations with tools you already pay for. The third is context: offline field use, or health and personal information that calls for a privacy impact assessment. The estimator above uses the same three factors.
Payment schedule
We take a deposit to begin and then bill against milestones that you can see and check, with the final payment due at launch. You will know before you sign exactly when each payment falls and what you will have received by then. Ongoing care is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
What we do not charge for
- The first call and the quote
- Surprise extras: a change in scope is agreed with you in writing before any extra work starts
- Access to your own code, data and accounts
- A handover, which is documented and part of every project
If a different structure suits you
If your budget sits below a range, tell us. Often a smaller first phase delivers most of the value, and we would rather build that well than stretch a large project thinly. We will say so in the quote.
